Money Talks!
You are never given a dream without the ability to make it happen.
Recruiting Idea: Money Talks!
Check out this keen recruiting tool – “$100 bills”! Now is the time to make those recruiting efforts leave a lasting impression – your impression! As you know, Tupperware is dedicated to always being there for everyone on any occasion. Be proud – sport your Tupperware pride to all of your Hosts and customers by giving each of them a colorful $100 bill, printed with your contact information on the back.
Tell them to place one of these $100 bills in their wallets. Then say this: "Every time you open your wallet and see that $100 bill, think of me and Tupperware because, on average nationwide, that’s what we make at each Tupperware party. You too can earn an extra $100 a month, a week or a day – depending on what you want and need. When you are ready to join us and turn that $100 bill into real money, give me a call. My contact information is right on the back of your $100 bill."
As you know, recruiting is the answer to building a bigger business and larger income. So set your stage with recruiting opportunities and pass out the $100 bills to those recruit leads. Share the Tupperware Opportunity with your personal story and start setting dates for those recruit interviews. Sooner than you know, you’ll be conducting those recruit interviews and growing the size of your unit, increasing your income and building your success!
Stock a few of the $100 bills in your own wallet – pass them out to everyone you meet - they will spark questions.
Thought for the Week
We all have dreams. But in order to make dreams come into reality, it takes an awful lot of determination, dedication, self-discipline and effort. ~ Jesse Owens – 4 time Gold Medalist, 1936 Olympics
If you’re like me, you’ve been captivated by the stories shared this week as we get a look at the hard work and effort that goes into one’s dream of competing on the national stage of the Olympics. Many of these athletes have known since they were little children that they wanted to be here. They faced obstacles along the way; they and their families have sacrificed to provide the best training and opportunities for this dream to come true.
How many of us are willing to “pay the price”, to show up at daybreak to swim laps in a pool for an hour, before going on to the day’s schedule (be it school, or work), only to return back to the pool to swim more laps, before heading home to study, work, etc, only to get up and do it again the next day?
Would we move across country to learn from the best, to spend 4-6 hours a day practicing vaults, falling, picking ourselves up, falling again, when most of our friends are spending time texting and shopping and having “fun”?
While most of us are not Olympic athletes with this type of rigorous training and competition at the center of our lives, these types of choices are there every day. If we want to be the best we can be in our business endeavors, we have to be willing to show up and do the work. Sometimes, that means sacrifices – no “Master Chef” or “Dancing with the Stars” (unless we DVR for later) when we can be holding a party…making ourselves pick up the phone and make calls until our datebook is full even though we don’t “feel like it”…choosing to invest in our education in our business by registering and attending Jubilee, by making Rally and Team Meeting a priority, by seeking out those that are there to help us. And just as an Olympic athlete sometimes has to hear that they’re not doing what they could be doing by their coach, and feel the heat when they aren’t giving their all, we have to also know and be willing to accept the coaching and guidance when our manager, our director, our leader points out that our actions aren’t matching our words.
Being honest about our dreams and our efforts to achieve these is the first step towards moving beyond the ordinary to the extraordinary.
Perhaps today is the day you make the commitment to become an Olympian in your business. Rather than think about the LONG HAUL, think about today. Think about what you could achieve in the next 30 days, just by focusing on a single change in action, each day, one at a time.
While it’s not easy in the beginning, the way that we bring about change is by a series of small sustainable actions. Embrace the change, weave it into your daily activities. 30 days from today – will you be exactly where you are NOW, or will you have moved on to a bigger, brighter place?
Brian Tracy says, “Move out of your comfort zone. You can only grow if you are willing to feel awkward and uncomfortable – when you try something new”.
Pick ONE thing – maybe that’s talking to one new person a day, maybe it’s interviewing one new person to join your team, dating a new party, trying a new recipe – to work on for the next 30 days. You just might surprise yourself when you cross the finish line in first place!
M&Ms - Thought for the day!
The way I see it, there are two kinds of dreams. One is a dream that's always going to be just that..... A dream. A vision that you can never really hold in your hand. Then there's a dream that's more than a dream; it's like.... A map. A map that you live by and follow for the rest of your days- Knowing that someday you're going to stand on top of that Mountain holding everything you thought of Right There In Your Hand! -- Robert Cooper
This week, we celebrate the birth of our nation - one built on the promise of freedom and equal opportunity for all. How fortunate we are in our Tupperware business to embody this ideal. We have the freedom to set our own hours, to achieve whatever goals we set and never worry about someone else taking away our job. Each of us has an equal opportunity to be successful - to move up the ladder to Manager, to Director and beyond. We truly do have the FREEDOM to make our DREAMS a reality! And with that freedom comes a responsibility – to choose to act with purpose and with vision to change our lives and others as well.
Take just a few minutes today to think about people that you know that could benefit from this wonderful opportunity...friends struggling to make ends meet because of lay-offs and downsizing, neighbors who are working 2 and 3 jobs and have no flexibility, folks you see every day at places of business that are frustrated and unhappy.
Make it your goal to share your "passion" for what you do. Invite them to be your guest at Rally on July 9. Ask your manager to give them a call to share the facts. (You can ask the prospect would it be ok for the friend that got you started to just call and give them some info - no obligation) With the amazing new SUMMER KIT, and the 3 Easy Payment Option, we can help others have these same freedoms that we have.
And remember, success starts anew every day at a Tupperware Party. You build relationships with new customers, help people get quality products for their homes that will make their lives easier, share great recipes and facts, and offer everyone the opportunity to get Tupperware products FREE or at discount by hosting or joining the business! Use the incredible July Offers to give your hosts the BEST! It feels GOOD to make someone’s day special with FREE gifts!
Here's a great low carb recipe for this holiday week (and the entire month of July)

Filled with PRIDE!
“Pride is a personal commitment.
It is an attitude which separates excellence from mediocrity.”
~ William Blake
Our June mailer theme is “Filled with Pride!” and what a powerful message to guide our efforts as we build our business this summer.
What an incredible product and company we represent, and what an opportunity we have to make a difference in others’ lives.
Consider these statistics:
FACT: Tupperware is a $3 Billion Company, experiencing its 14th consecutive quarter of growth
FACT: Tupperware stock has tripled in the last year and has raised its dividend as it continues to grow.
FACT: Tupperware is a proven company with 66 years of experience in changing people’s lives
FACT: Tupperware’s Top Directors are among the Top 3% of Women Wage Earners in the Country
FACT: There is nothing more secure in this economy than owning your own business! And best of all, one does not need to risk any capital, or keep inventory on hand to start their business.
We have a product that people need – more people are taking their lunch and cooking at home. More people are concerned about the environment and are investing in re-usable storage containers. The average American throws away over 20% of what they buy due to spoilage from improper storage. We have the answer to keeping that money in their pockets!
With these facts in mind, are you ready to act with PRIDE to build your business? Do you believe in what you have to offer and are you willing to commit the effort to succeed greatly? Will you take the step from AVERAGE/MEDIOCRE to EXCELLENT/SUCCESSFUL?
THIS WEEK: Focus on the P in Pride – Perseverance – The road is success is full of obstacles. If we stop every time we are challenged, we can never achieve. We must keep trying until we make it. If you aren’t getting the results that you want, then either change what you are doing, or do more of what you are doing. Sometimes, people quit just before the end is in sight and had they just stuck with it for one day more, one call more, one step more, they could have reached the goal.
Get out your Wonderful 100 List. Add new names and remove those that are dead ends. Set a goal to contact 20 a day for the next 5 days. Challenge yourself to collect 100 NO’s…this will take your focus off the result and instead on the process. Surprise yourself by how much easier it is to do the work when you aren’t tied to a particular result.
Post your results at our Champions for Change Facebook Page, and let’s CELEBRATE with PRIDE our commitment to EXCELLENCE!!
We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.

So often, we suspect there must be a "secret" to achieving success in our businesses; that those who do well succeed because they know something different or have been giving special insights that others don't have. In reality, the difference in top achievers' performances and others is that successful people do what others are unwilling to do.
Successful people accept that there will be setbacks and challenges. They know that things will change and they must change too. Working hard is part of the package. One cannot expect to achieve great things if one is not willing to invest great effort. Achievers have an understanding of what they want and what it takes to get it. They stay focused on their goal and do not allow themselves to be sidetracked by things that are not in their control. Instead, people who are in control of their success concentrate their time and energy on the things that ARE able to influence and make the best of the opportunities that are presented.
Our Tupperware business should not be difficult. However, it may require determination and effort. Following a simple process, everyone can succeed.
First, decide what it is YOU want from your business. How much money do you need to make? How is it possible to make that in our business? How many parties would that be? How many new recruits would you need to promote? What would it take to drive a Company Car? To earn a 6-figure income?
Next, break it down into the efforts you will need to make to get that. Will it take a party a week to make your financial goals a reality? Will it take 5 a week? A consultant shared with me last week after holding 4 parties, that she could see how one could easily replace a full-time income...in 4 parties, she'd worked 12 hours, and made more than at her full-time job. As she concluded, "I just have to treat it like any other job and make sure I have the parties dated every week. I'm not through until I've done that each week."
If we aren't holding the parties that we want, if we're not selling as much as we'd like, if our units aren't as active as we need them to be, it is up to US to change it. No-one will do it for us. And no-one can stop us from doing it, either. WE ARE IN CONTROL! What a liberating thought! We have a wonderful product that people need. We have a fabulous opportunity that can change people's lives. We can work when we want and as much as we want and we can be as successful as we choose.
There are only two reasons that we cannot make our dreams a reality in Tupperware - if we have no Tupperware products to sell or opportunity to share, and if we choose to not use what we have or ask for what we want.
This the first week of Spring - it's time to SPRING into action and take advantage of our opportunity. Make the money you deserve. Move up to DIRECTOR by this summer. Take your family on that dream vacation.
Every day, commit to make 10 calls to talk about Tupperware. Don't concern yourself with those that say no. Focus on the process. Everywhere you go, everyone you meet, advertise yourself. People want what you have - make sure they know you can fill their needs.
